Return & Exchange Policy for Been Had Money LLC
At Been Had Money LLC, we want you to love your purchase. Because all our products are custom-made specifically for you, we have a few guidelines to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Order Accuracy
Once an order is placed, it is printed and fulfilled on-demand. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or product dissatisfaction after an order is produced. Please double-check your order details, including size charts and product options, before placing your order.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or there was an error in production (e.g., wrong design or size), we will gladly offer you a replacement or refund. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- A photo of the defect or damage
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive the product you ordered in the best possible condition.
3. Custom/Personalized Items
Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom designs, names, or specific messages) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. If you make an error while entering personalization details, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to make adjustments before the item is printed. However, once your personalized item is produced, we cannot accept returns.
4. Exchanges
If your item doesn't fit or you simply want a different size, we can offer an exchange, provided the item is unused and in new condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. If the exchange is due to incorrect sizing, you will be responsible for shipping the original item back to us.
5. Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: We will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges if your product is defective, damaged, or an error occurred during production.
- Customer-initiated returns: If you are returning an item for any reason other than defect or error (such as size or style change), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Shipping delays or lost items: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If a refund is granted for defective or incorrect items, the full cost of the item, including taxes, will be refunded. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the product was defective or the error was on our part.

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer support team at support@beenhadmoney.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond as quickly as possible to resolve your concern.

- Since all our products are custom printed for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or size/style issues. Be sure to check the sizing guide and details carefully before purchasing.
- We do not accept returns for used, worn, or washed items.
